Fraud? Conspiracy? Manipulation?

They're all so common these days in the markets it's hard to decide. It used to be you could only get away with this sort of monkey business on the penny stocks..

Wait, most internuts WOULD be penny stocks if priced according to fundamentals.. Maybe that explains the sort of crowd they attract?

My understanding is that the sec fined datek $50k for dipping into customers' accounts in 5/98 to cover expenses.... scarey.....
