Chronical Communications, Inc. (OTCBB:CRNC:.81)

We just got in CRNC. This one had a 52 week high of $3.31. We have
been watching this stock for a long time and now see a technical breakout.
CRNC is in the printing business and also offers INTERNET services. We
are hearing rumors of news on Monday but that cannot be confirmed. It is
surprising that the stock is sitting at its current price. Our short term target
for CRNC is $2 to $3. Here is the story:

Chronicle Communications, Inc., (OTC BB:CRNC) is a company on the
move to NASDAQ Small Cap. Company revenues for the year ended
September 30, 1997 were $645,051 (audited). Revenues for the year
ended September 30, 1998 are up 310% over 1997 or total revenues of
$2,043,626 (unaudited). After successfully meeting all SEC, NASD and
S&P, reporting guidelines, the company sold it's first shares on the OTC
BB on August 19, 1998. On October 6, 1998, all "quiet time" restrictions
were lifted and a massive public relations campaign has been set into
motion. Chronicle is a "Fully Reporting" company engaged in the printing
and publishing of hometown shoppers throughout the state of Georgia,
Internet (Web) development, commercial printing and paper recycling &
converting.

On September 30, 1998, Chronicle acquired Bright Now Inc., and
Southern Paper & Converters Inc., both of Tampa, Florida. The
acquisitions were conducted utilizing "Pooling" under "GAAP" rules.
Chronicle's new subsidiary, Bright Now Inc., is a full service commercial
printing operation which has the printing presses necessary to print
Chronicle's own product line. The following stock information is found at
