The company doesn't really look ready for IPO yet as they aren't even remotely close to profitability and really only have one decent growth quarter (last quarter). It seems like they are rushing things.

Of course, a lot of IPOs these days are pretty premature. Still I don't think I'd want to own this one. Contrast this IPO to INFA or even SGNT and there is quite a difference.
