After listening to the CC, I was struck by how similar it was to the disastrous CUST CC.

Evasive answers galore. The market obviously wasn't too pleased.

Question,
If that's the case, how was Source able to come up with a new deal within hours of scrapping the old one. Don't these things take time?
Or, perhaps, was the deal off some time ago and Source neglected to share this material info with shareholders?
