Aggie...KNE-ENP

Having a hard time figuring out which side of the deal to be on...ENP looks good here as a stand alone with after tax dividend and 10% growth even in bad times...KNE is another story without merger-take under I would pass...Goldman Sachs sees $3.75div from down the road synergy...Looks like a slam dunk year over year, low risk, 20% gainer. What am I missing???

Aggie,

Thanks so much. In VRC's case I will certainly wait and watch. They appear to be an excellent future bet with little downside risk. Their last quarter was down to .17/sh. with $178mil backlog to tide them over. We will see if they can get back to increasing their eps in Oct. or next Jan.

Thanks again
