All I did today was read it over and over.

My take is ALL THE SHARES ARE LOCKED UP

MM's are shorting shares that don't exist

And are in serious trouble

I don't know if we F/S monday, but it don't matter, float will still be 0 until the distribution.

So that's 20:1 F/S on IVTX
and will be getting 2 shares of BGIX for each 1 share of IVTX/THCL

OK,

LETS SAY I HAVE A 1000 SHARES OF IVTX THEN THE MATH WILL BE:

1000 X 20 = 20,000+ THE 2:1 20,000 X 2 = 40,000 SHARES..........RIGHT.
