LOL! thanks... yes, seems everytime I've ever lost in a stock it's been when i was in transit and could do nothing about it. Hey, here's some interesting info: you folks really shouldn't have sold.. As a member they are required to audit and perform writeup work etc, to a certain standard and a certain way. I spoke with a partner at their office and they are very credible. Hence, no shenanigans w/ the CPA's. It was a valid audit and note that they also performed the prior year audit. I also verified that this firm is a member in good standing of the Utah Society of Certified Public Accountants.
