I have been following day trading charts for about a month
with following observations and opinions

1) There is a clear pattern of a major sell at the start of
each trading day followed later by large sale orders as (should)
B shares work their way back up. Clearly someone large is
selling out of B share position. That leads me to conjecture
it is from most likely GenRe.

Most older institutions hold A shares and it would be silly
right now to take advantage of 30 B's for each A option --
given current premium for A's. And the disciplined volume
sell of B's is not copied within A trading patterns.

2) we are a very brittle stock - very low volume traded as a percent of outstanding shares. So even while the majority of trades
are buys, they are being wiped out by the large (for us) sales

3) I think it is a personal sale - my only rationale being that
it is silly to sell right now (so near to earnings report).
