I don't know about the "cash" implications or posible mis-representation...but I do know, up-front, that these guys were buying other revenue producing entities with "shares". That was clear in all statements

Having posted both Negatice and positive comments - WE must all remeber that this statements are now 8 months OLD. I read no cash 8 months ago. Some quarterly numbers - real numbers would be great - They look like they could be a full reporting company Dont get me worng - I am bitter about a few things - My sell was never filled at .20 even though the bid was .205 for a long time after I enetred the order - 25 minutes - I sold some at .16
