The CFMT financial is very attractive, and the potential market is huge with 0.18u process ramping up. Those are the reasons that I initiated my position in CFMT earlier this month at $9.5 and double down today at $8.56. I did not catch the chance to add more at sub 8.

However, the most valuable asset of CFMT is its patent. You are correct that the market might be large enough for 3 players, but if CFMT do not have a patent, larger players may come and join the competition, and CFMT may not have enough resources to protect itself and thus may not get enough market share they deserve. The fact that they gave up the UK patent, and their failure in defeating STEAG in the court gave me a bad signal that whether CFMT's patent is valid or not.

Anyway, I appreciate your opinion and delighted to know that you view it as a "minor setback".
