1. TV Guide did their DD on SRCM and dumped them.

2. Insight spent a great deal of money rolling out SRCM's crap product which has been buggy and met with very limited interest from subscribers.

3. Without the TV Guide deal SRCM is essentially bankrupt.

4. Insight suddenly had to chose between completely scraping their SRCM rollout - and let SRCM go belly up, or throw some money at SRCM, and hope to take over SRCM's operation for a whim, by organizing another separate company to steal/transfer all useful assets too, but avoid taking on SRCM's debt...

What the buffoons at Insight don't know is SRCM's product will never be competitive with other highly developed software/hardware combinations that will hit the market in the next 2-3Q's. Willner is an idiot.

SRCM continues to be a Bankruptcy waiting to happen. The Bondholders will get $.05 on the dollar, shareholders will get nadda.

MW - remember weeks ago when we said the TV guide deal was dead? How do you like your crow served? Incidentally I hope you sold some stock to pay for the dinner you are going to be buying me...

'The roll out by Insight (of Source Media interactive-TV technology) in Rockford, (Illinois)' is incrementally. 'In Rockford, we have about 1,000 homes.

Well, that's a tenfold increase from two months ago anyway.

Memo to self: Take vacations more often. Very big bearish events always seem to happen when I go on vacation.
