I used a diff utility on the 2 prospecti and found no differences! No new news other than the 500K additional shares and the $3M more in financing.

Chisy, anytime you can get money (that you need) into the company at few time book value the CFO is doing a very good job. I think that the last two financing are indications that the CFO is well connected in the street with a bunch of IOU he is able to collect on. This is quite a positive for VLNC's finances, IMHO. We might see a nice battle evolving between the powers of light and the powers of "darkness", it will be interesting to watch.
