Letter from Etrade concerning Share Certs-the letter was received today. I am writing in response your letter request from July 20, 1999. Unfortunately we can not fulfil your request for a share certificate for XX,XXX shares of Medinah Gold restricted shares at this time. SEC regulations prohibit us from issuing restricted shares without having received them from the transfer agent and holding those shares in safekeeping in our vault. The Depository Trust Corporation (DTC) has not yet issued us these shares for distribution.
