There have been modest changes and improvements - but improvements nonetheless. It does not appear that GMGC has been idle in terms of working on the effeciency and accuracy of the magicTalk platform. I've been pleased with its performance, for the most part. Portico does have a lot of trouble faxing e-mail or news articles, and I've only been able to successfully fax when I press #25 instead of trying to fax via voice commands. Also, Magic has never provided any means of confirming to whom your fax was sent. For example when you say: "Call John Doe at home," Portico responds by saying something like: "Okay, calling John Doe at home." However, when you fax to someone Portico only says: "Okay, your fax has been sent." So, if Portico misunderstands you and sends it to the wrong person, you never know until, often times, its too late.
