Is zOMX overvalued? The following is the message from YAHOO:
I have been watching this stock going up from $43 1/2 to $55 3/4 in the past a few days. This attracted me a lot. I am a new member of this board (no position). This stock seems to me it's overvalued.

ZOMX makes CD and diskette, thus not a really high tech company. QNTM, SSTI, SEG, 29 companies are their competitors (Zacks research). Next year P/E over 20, and the competitors are in p/E 10 or less. For example, qntm 's project next year earning of $1.99, and stock traded around $24. SSTI, next year earning $1, stock traded at $10.

This stock has been going up so strongly, It got to come down in the next few days. I'd like to take positions on this stock, but I would buy only if it trades below $46.

Am I reasonable?
