Bobby,
Aol is right on it's 200 dma. It has tested it 3 times in the last year and always popped up. There is Bearish sentiment in the i-nut sector also. Right or wrong, p/e or no p/e, as the case may be<g>, these stocks always hit lows in the summer and begin to rally strongly into the back-to-school period and Christmas season. Keep your eyes open on these, this could very well be the ideal time to buy.

Regards,
Tommy Bulla <g>

Bobby, i second your view on gold. apparently some 8,000 tons of the stuff are sold short, and the sentiment readings have been at extreme low points for months now. just as many longs got trapped in the nutz,so will many shorts eventually get trapped in gold. the gold stocks are a classic hedge against stock market declines, regardless of whether the economic environment is inflationary or deflationary. the 'death of gold' has been proclaimed for all to hear by several analysts on CNBC Europe, who lauded the Bank of England's decision to sell at a 20-year low. the contrary indicators on gold are falling over each other. i wonder when we will read the first inanities of the GO HM, GO! variety.

regards,
