Triangle has hired an auditor to get the financials 100% so when they turn over this information over to JB Oxford in August, it will accurate and SEC filing will begin. Management has an idea, but the attorney Gary Goldman wants the officers to not guess what the float and outstanding shares are. Triangle Broadcasting actually is coming out of their "quiet" period which started in June 1998-June 1999. With "partnership" deal in the wings, and big sponsors signed...Triangle needs to be careful what they comment on in regards to financials. Triangle will be "Top 10 Penny Stocks of 1999" Board
