Softlink, Inc. and Prize Central Networks Sign Joint Marketing and Sales
Agreement; Prize Central Networks to Include Softlink Products as
Prizes On Popular Game and Rewards Site

SANTA CLARA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 2, 1999--Softlink, Inc. (OTC BB:SFLK) and Prize Central
Networks today announced a joint marketing and sales agreement that will bring Softlink's multimedia email
products to Prize Central Networks' rapidly growing user base through prize-winning opportunities and
discount offerings.

Prize Central Networks is an online game and rewards site. Users can choose from a variety of games to play
including casino-style games, classic strategy games, and financial market games. As people play, they
earn points which can then be redeemed for prizes and cash at the central hub site, www.prizecentral.com.
Prize categories include products in such consumer interests as Beauty/Health, Books/Magazines, Travel,
and Computer/Software -- to name a few. Within the Computer/Software prize selections, Softlink's products
eMail inChorus(TM) and eMail VOICELink(TM) will be offered alongside 3Com's PalmPilot and other name
brand software products.

"We are glad to have the opportunity to reward our players with Softlink products," said David Herschman,
CEO and founder of Prize Central Networks, Inc. "Softlink will reach a new and qualified audience through our
targeted marketing programs, and we will enjoy exposure on the Softlink Web site while increasing the
breadth and quality of our computer-related prize offerings."

eMail inChorus and eMail VOICELink enable email users to compose and send multimedia messages that
add impact, clarity, and personality to their email communications. Both products are easy to use,
seamlessly integrate with users' email clients, and compress messages at a 50:1 ratio. While eMail
VOICELink is primarily an application for adding voice and simple template-style greetings, eMail inChorus
allows users to compose richly annotated whiteboard presentation-style messages.

"This agreement will broaden Softlink's product and Web site exposure to the large and Web savvy group of
Prize Central Networks users," said Carol Prior, Softlink's vice president of Sales. "Our multimedia email
products are a great fit for the people using Prize Central Networks' online game and rewards site. Adding
voice to email gives that unique personalized message capability ideal for Prize Central's customers."

Prize Central Networks, ranked the third stickiest site on the Internet by PC Data for May and June, has a
registered user base of over 500,000 and is growing daily. During June, Prize Central Networks served over
130 million page views and saw more than four million hours of usage. Registered users of Prize Central
Networks are frequent users of the Internet and are familiar with the many multimedia capabilities of the Web.
Now they can include multimedia to enhance their email messages for personal use and business
communications by selecting a Softlink product as their prize, or they can purchase the products at Softlink's
Web site, www.inChorus.com.

Under the agreement, PrizeCentral.com will provide Softlink with an initial 100,000 banner impressions over a
trial two-month period, in exchange for software and links to PrizeCentral.com from Softlink's website
www.inChorus.com. Co-branding efforts and revenue sharing of product sales are also elements of this new
alliance.

A BEVY of good news yet SFLK continues to sink!! Maybe its because the audited Financials are months over due. Maybe its because they hired a ex-stock Broker as their P.R. person and that about says it all. Imagine that? Even after the problems with International Buying Power and the SEC inquiry they still go out and hire a P.R. person who has the credentials that are worse that Notorious Steve Samblis.

B_S, agreed, financials won't be stellar, BUT...

I have noticed that when most OTC-BB Companies post their 10SB as well, you usually get a 30% or so BOOST in the stock price, which would take us to about $4.00, for a change...
