Hey .. I told a friend that when the "first " offer for ARJ came through we should Mortgage our houses ( mine was already but I'm just talking ) and BUY!!
Because the final price would be higher and it WAS..
We bought NOTHING but the point has been made !
Lots of easy money to be made on this one just stay tuned !
