I have always respected a man when he takes a position, no matter what his position, but those that straddle the fence should join the dregs of society.

No kidding.. scary.... I do think COMS at these prices (well.. i guess I hope) is a good speculative buy. BUT, to mortgage two houses.. YIKE.
