I've lost my source for historical price volume... used to get it from DLJ site... now site is changed....

If anyone can suggest a source in which I can get daily listing (Preferrably in spreadsheet compliant form and best if it offers up to 1 year of data) of price/volume on any stock I would REALLY appreciate it!

Banchee;

It does look like a lot of the IPOs are waking up..... and most put on a push at the end of the day, Fri....I would not necessarily jump immediately in given the over all market conditions (wash and rinse as called by Rande)...I'd rather wait a bit to see if this carries through.... IF I get in (and I did so on a couple a few days ago) I would take whatever profit they give me and get out or set very tight stops and a clever entry/exit plan...Don't be the last one holding...

Still like the networks, DSL, broadband, high speed, etc...

IPOs with as many as there are now, may be consolidating into a large enough "sector" and "subsector" that you can play rotation games..that is, if you are using speculative money. you need not play just a select number, you can play with a very large assortment... This is an alternative look at what I thought about 4-6 weeks ago
