Yeah Larry,

Can you point out any significant changes other than the price, the shares, and a lot of pain-in-the-ass if-you-want-to-analyze-it capitalization and spacing changes ?? !!!

I like some of your posts, but you will lose all credibility if you can't produce some evidence. SHOW ME the changes that have any material impact on Valence's situation.
