Jim - Airlines - Julius indicated 4 factors key to change: New management [No elaboration] Globalization [More travel?] Shortage of airplanes but says he's only one that thinks this and most interesting: Net is transforming => 35% of seats aren't sold now...net offers way to put butts in em Reduce distribution costs Also said in response to question: If all frequent flier liabilities cashed out airlines would have no revenue for a year [If I heard him correctly] Not that you didn't know all this stuff already...but that's what he said on WSW.
