Gator,

Looking ahead the next 4 quarters, I predict e.p.s. to be $.03, .05, .09 & .15 for a total of $.32. Stock price should range between 15 & 30 based on these numbers. Is this within your forcast?

Joel K.

New Investors:

No change in SNMM long term outlook! Awesome

Again the only change that occured this week, were some inflated
eps numbers were not met.The exponential growth this company is
having(63% Q to Q revenue growth for i-gaming alone,discounting
flat revenues for adult sites),strong fundamentals, meeting expected goals for grabbing market share(signing up licensees),complete
product line(casino,bingo,lotto,sportsbetting,financial betting,live
horse and greyhound racing now in place or expected in the near
future),not to mention a super management team.
While revenue growth was fabulous, earnings were sacrificed to
increase market leadership,hire 25 % new staff,spend on
marketing,R & D,new equipment(a site visitor reported boxes and
boxes of computer equipment),as someone mentioned before very
likely to show some assets and cash for NASDAQ.Remember that
also increase in number of
shares also contributed to less eps, plus Claude the Frauds 200K
revenue default.
What does the future hold? Remember that only a measly 16 of the
present 47 licensees were operational at the end of the last
quarter, that too mainly upfront fees alone, they need time to
be fully operational. What happens when the 80 licensees expected
by MD this year become functional,or by 2000 perhaps >
100.Minimum of 25K per licensee is expected ,while MD expects
each of them to notch a billion revenues.Which means 25% of one
million.Can you
simply fathom whats in store for us?This is going to dwarf land
based casinos. One thing I would caution is its only in the 3rd
quarter, when it all starts to take off, this being a traditional strong
quarter, around 50 licensees are going to be operational. That means
March 15, 2000 when the final knockout blow is delivered.
Think what Live Simulcast will do(horses on the web, this
worldwide is the biggest source of betting),financial wagering(go
to www.wallstreet.com,then you will get what I mean, this one is
going to be
nauseating),sportsbetting(football,racing.soccer,hockey,cricket
etc),bingo, lotto, anything else in the future-what about
rball(remember SNMM domain name powerball.com).Can your
mind really fathom whats in store for us?
Well I haven't mentioned a small thing as Worldgaming(Starnets
own casino) which showed a 200% revenue growth.

Don't worry about day to day price fluctuations, lock your shares
and check back in a few years. You may be a Starnetmillioniare.

LOL
