Don't buy the common stock.....

The common will fall probably another 50% before the restructuring which will be 2 to 3 months. Then there will be a reverse split of 40 to 1 or higher.

The debt for equity swap eliminates US70 million of debt, but there is still US 46 million outstanding to banks and accounts payable (these debts will have to be paid in cash over the next year).
