Hi Bud, yeah I just happened to catch that 20/20 piece with the self-professed "expert" opinion of Robin's that "75% of daytrading is mastery of emotions..."

I suppose, in that vein of grand generality, we could take that pronouncement a bit further and venture to say that "75% of life is mastery of emotions..."
Soooo what?

Just remember, until streaming video takes off (and it won't be long now) tv viewers are at the mercy of about eight (or less) multinational media companies, who have a vested interest in keeping the public at large as uninformed and distracted by non-news and fantasy as possible. TV viewers don't pay the bills, ad agencies hired to represent global corporations do.
These are the same brainwashers that continually lobby in support of the argument that television programs don't influence behavior, while pouring billions of dollars into advertising campaigns designed to do just that---influence behavior.

R. Dayne knows that if you repeat something often enough, enough will often believe you, and you can profit off their belief. She may not be much of a trader, but she's definitely got capitalism down.
