To: 2MAR$ (532 ) From: LANCE B Friday, Jul 30 1999 4:28PM ET Reply # of 579 OKAY I WILL GIVE YOU MY OPINION AS I SEE IT.. i bought this stock at .04 and stock ran to .11 cents just to see it come back to .055 x .065 as all the investors here know..did not find out for 2 weeks later the reason the stock did not gap when it closed at .105x.11 was because the company increased the float by 15 million shares.. well,about 1;30 today is came to me that company did the same thing again today in my opinion..(HAD KIMBERLY ASKED AROUND AND SHE WAS UNABLE TO GET ANYTHING YET...SLKC ESPECIALLY) NOW WHAT DOES THAT MEAN... 1. WHAT HAPPENED TODAY.. 2. PAST HAS SHOWN THAT THIS COMPANY RECENTLY HAS A LOT OF THINGS GOING ON AND WE WILL JUST HAVE TO EAT UP THE NEW SHARES.. 3. THANK GOODNESS AS FAR AS PENNY PLAYERS ARE CONCERNED,NO REVERSE SPLIT...LOOKS LIKE THEY WENT OTHER WAY.. 4.BUT SERIOUS- THEY HAVE SOME NEW COMPANIES THAT WILL BE MERGING INTO THE PICTURE AND THEY HAD TO INCREASE SHARES IN ORDER TO OFFER THEM SOMETHING FOR THE BUYOUTS...
