Dale, saw the new heading "50% Gains Investing". Great!

Congrats on the 49% YTD. You may want to use new ticker of FNDT without the F. Noted you still hold FPAFF as your Asia bet. It has been down, along with the slide in the Hang Seng in Hong Kong. However, this should do okay - found this from the stock talk on "QuamSwer" (7/30):http://www.quam.net/dl/quamawer.exe/19990730105832Bru

Question:
Dear Tony, What do you think about 142? It has a pretty low P/E ratio ~ (5-6). Is it a bargain? Or simply the low P/E ratio reflects the gloomy future? Puzzled by Bruce

Answer:
142, First Pacific. No, it is a good company, but it has an Indonesian major shareholder, who is over committed financially, which tends to invite suspicion that he will unload assets into this company. This company has a very major involvement in the Philippines, both in the telecoms industry, as the major player and this should be positive and in property which could be in glut and this could be called a negative. But overall you will certainly do very well with this company.
