Thanks for the info, CH4. I checked out the sight and was impressed by the amount of research these guys have invested into SOFC's. There's a lot more research in this area going on than we know about. I saw that the GRI cell was projected to produce up to 2W/m^2 in its final form. I wonder what kind of output Global is going to get with their cell?

I also had a look at the site and am also impressed with the extent of development and research. Is this a private organization with a whole lot of corporate members? An who, if any, would benefit from breakthroughs in technology discovered by the institute?
