No offense... Please refrain from calling a stock a scam. Reorganization is 9 times out of 10 bankruptcy. The rhetoric in the news releases though it can be assumed to be misleading was it really.

You have to show intent to scam or commit fraud. The new law passed by congress on frivilous lawsuits has taken the bite out of opportunist lawyers and the of use extorsion type threats of lawsuits as a vessel for fee generating revenues.

I personally do not see where there was an intent to defraud only if in this convenient omission of data they were selling stock into the float to raise more money. Now you have a MO.

There is a lot of questions now on the credibility of the company but that is the only shadow I see. A scam or fraud I do not see.

DRGI came clean and made a clear and defintie explaination. Not many companies would have done that and the disclosure of the last bit of information was in my opinion completely voluntary on the company.

Now this leaves us with our own DD to decide where we put our money in regard to this company.

Just refrain from scam and other speculative wrong doing without proof.
