" the ratio is under 1.0"

The reading of 4 followed by the step down the next week correlated very well with that last market top. Now, how low can it go before the bottom is telegraphed? It may be around .25 if the symmetry thing is involved with it.
Can you post the numbers from where you started tracking it?

bruce, thanks for the ratio stuff, I have been running the paste/anti paste with a 10 day back window and it is interesting watching the hits in correlation to market action
