take your new found copy and paste tactics and learn a little before you start driveling all over yourself... THE DILUTION is going to be massive and the losses are huge..since evry point above .33 is a loss to the bottom line Any more false allegations will be met with legal recourse.. Nobody nabbed my license little boy....do a little due dili..before you end up eating whoopass for a long time

Dan, There is a thread devoted to this person's credibility: exchange2000.com The official history, facts and articles speak for themselves. If someone making statements like "BUT here we have a scandal ridden Company with Organized Ties and Possibly some hanky panky..." appears to be shady to you, then I recommend contacting the SEC and NASD. In fact, NASD has a complaint site at nasdr.com which I just filled out. The more the merrier! I also sent copies of these posts to Net2Phone's IR to give to their lawyers.
