Luther, I am just floating off some ideas I had been thinking about... Actually, I was also thinking some of these pre-IPO shares could be given away, as a dividend, if you will, that would help flush out the "naked short" position, as well. Bona Fide shareholders, as evidenced by their Shares Certificates would come out to receive their Dividend, while the "naked shorts" would have to be covered or "fall by the wayside"... At any rate, it would make sense for ZSUN to let its shareholders have the priority in acquiring these IPO shares, according to a pre-established ratio dependent on the number of shares owned in ZSUN. This would encourage buying ZSUN's shares and keeping them to ensure regular IPO's entitlements... Regards, F. Goelo + + +
