Joel K, Good question. According to a company spokesperson human resources are preoccupied with projects that take precedence over the newsletter which will be back soon along with news of new developments including (supposedly) appointment of a PR firm. Reportedly there is a minor civil lawsuit pending against the CEO that involves patent infringement, however, is not believed to be associated with the company. Details of the complaint were released to investors a few months ago although it isn't clear whether the company was obligated to do so. According to the source, the matter is expected to be resolved sometime next week. Casino operations are going fine and the news release is expected to include latest operational results. IMO, it's great to be able to accumulate the stock at this level!
