Can someone help me out here? I have just started watching this thread. Please explain why CMGI, which owns a stake in CMDX would support VERT (doesn't CMGI have a stake in VERT also?)(as competition) to CMDX? Also, VERT is B2B as is CMDX; does VERT have a verticakl biotech section?

<So, CMGI is supporting VERT to compete against Chemdex? >

How so? My understanding is that cmgi owns 7% of cmdx. Now vert owns labx. But I don't see labx selling chemicals, but rather used lab equipment. What am I missing here?
