Also if I remember right, I think but I would have to double check that I did quite well with AOL from June to Aug. of 97.

The current interest rate environment will continue to act as a damper. Real news there, HUH?

Keep in mind the lightning quick way this interest rate issue can come and go! Remember way back in May/June of '98 when the talk was rates would be rising to ward off inflation, then boom the crisis of last Sept. / October and slash a rate cut or three! And now 9-10 months later rates rising.

Bottom line is if you are in by the minute, day, week... watch your tail... If you are thinking longer term don't blink... they want you to blink...
