Bob you can make the case but it has the following which will be used against such a case.

1.) Legal advisement on press releases are not required despite what the internet believes.

2.) They included a safe harbor disclaimer to take into consideration of any possible misinterpretation.

3.) They made a clear defining news release for whatever the reason.

4.) No proof of wrong doing has been set out as acutal fact that is without some reasonable doubt.

5.) Fictious examples are nothing more than that.

NOw bottomline here is I do not trust the company and never have. I would not go long on this stock or even think about holding it for any length of time because regardless of the ability to prove or disprove the intent on the convenient omission of the words "Bankruptcy" or their accounting firm which is on the network.

This is just like the internet ... take a small uh oh and it two days time we have an unbelieveable case for fraud and so forth.

I do not own it and I wont own it (unless something new develops) plus when I did own it I got out to quick because they reported 5M in net income but no active business operations and reorganization for their creditors.

I still do not see the fraud or intent to commit fraud on investors.
