i don't consider posting my learning of the us post office's role in FEMA managed post y2k registration to be of a doomer nature, ken. it was just another fact i picked up as i continue to do my research.

i have incorporated my discovery of this particular fact into my y2k planning and instead of dreading it, have prepared the acceptable documentation as to who i am and ditto for the mrs. surely the governmental overseers will find at least one mug shot they will find suitable. :) the can't be any worse than those pictures that reside in the church congregational phone directories for years and years after grey hair has set in--for those still fortunate enough to have hair that is.

while i consider the census to be an invasion of privacy, somehow i don't believe privacy concerns will be among my largest post y2k chores to address. how about you? are you concerned about post y2k privacy issues with such computer generated chaos so rampant?
