Phil: Re:testy. I am not being testy, I am being sarcastic. You said your survey was "effective" and I guess I am supposed to figure out just for what it was effective. Given the tone around here ( I can provide links, but would rather not), it was in my opinion, in the words of Nellie Rockefeller "responding in kind". That aside, I am not interested in nonproductive argument. The suggestion that you call during conventional business hours did not relate to when those stores operated. It applied to the hours when the person or persons with the information you were seeking might be most able to supply it to you. Have a nice weekend, Howard
