Listing requirements for Nasdaq National Market
& Nasdaq Small Cap can be found via :

nasdaq-amex.com

Basically, continued listing on the Nasdaq National Market
requires either $1 minimum bid and at least $4 Million
in net tangible assets or $5 minimum bid and either
$50 million in market cap or $50 million in revenue.

For delisting to be considered on 'minimum bid' criteria,
the stock has to be below the minimum for 30 consecutive business
days. The company then gets 90 days to rectify the situation.
(Rule 4310(c)(8)(B)). And, of course, Nasdaq can make
exceptions to listing criteria where it sees fit (Rule 4330(d)).

(But follow the link to get the exact details.)
