PC, the problem is, we can't invest in the past. Only you can. <g> The rest of us have to invest in the future.

pc, you probably don't recognize it, but your bull arguments are the epitome of greed. you don't argue the "virtues" of buying the s&p index w/ a 3% yield growing in the single digits and its inherent volatility risk vs buying a tbill for a guaranteed 6.2% or a triple a bond at 7%+.

you just say buy now b/c you may miss out - after all, stocks just go up.

check your hat at the door and pick up the crayons or you may miss out!

you may miss out!
you may miss out!
you may miss out!
you may miss out!
you may miss out!
you may miss out!
you may miss out!
you may miss out!
you may miss out!

greed pc, greed.

for now, most folks think like you. until they don't. then folks will figure out that the s&p WILL NEVER BECOME A GOOD INVESTMENT AT CURRENT VALUATIONS and cut it down until it is a good investment.

then you will so, "don't buy, stocks just go down."

fear, pc, fear.

step back and view the big picture.
