Where did you find $36+? All of the charts I looked at show a maximum value of about 4.75 at that time.

Chrisy,

Mark is right, this stock has never been that high. There was a stock with this symbol (WINR) before Winners Internet Network and I can only assume that wherever you're looking still has that stock's information.

Chisy, call Kevin....that is before my time. Assume if it ever was theat high they did a forward split. I did not see that on the chart.

Chisy,

The $36 price tag was when the symbol "WINR" belonged to a company called Winthrop Resources. Winthrop Resources was in the finance/capital equipment leasing business and was bought out by a company called TCF Financial (NYSE:TCB) in June, 1997. After Winthrop Resources was bought out, the symbol WINR was then available for Winners Internet Network to use. After a reverse merger into a shell company, our WINR (Winners Internet Network), became a publicly traded stock on the Nasdaq BB utilizing the symbol "WINR".

Hope this helps to clarify the situation to you.

Sincerely
hman
