Thanks everyone. Sorry to scare you with the late response. I found out my problem is with the phone service, not my computer. I am getting a radio signal on my phone line that gets stronger as the sun gets higher in the sky. Talked to Comcast Cable and they can do a digital hook up to my computer that is 100X faster than the best dialup and it's an instant connection. They said I can download a 2 meg file in about 5 seconds. The cost will be less than the cost of my current IP and the extra phone line. Sounds like a no brainer to me!!! To all, I see no reason that MS and MM were being unrealistic or not being honest. I deal in human behavior as a business person and got now bad vibes from either during the entire time I was there. If anything, it's a case of two few people handling too much work. With the addition of the new admin. person, this should free them up tremendously and I think we will start to see some real progress in a short amount of time. Going to see "Blair Witch" this afternoon. I may be shaking too much after to type anything. By the way, if any of you live in northern Minnesota, lock your doors and hide the silverware. I will be up there fishing for a week starting on August 7. Best, TMan
