ZICA. The little engine that could. It landed license with two big ministries in China: Ministry of Information Industries and Department of Education. These two oversee 90% of all electronic equipments from Handheld to Cell phones. They require all electronic equipments be fitted with Zi software. Talking about defacto and monopoly in China market. Tell me what you think.
