Many people have been watching other IPOs like NTOP, FLWS & QUOT recently and probably not drawing much encouragement from those. I just wanted to point out that even if NSIL prices at $11 (as has been suggested) and then doubles out of the gate, it will still be undervalued relative to NTOP at its IPO price of $15.

AT $15 NTOP still has a P/S of 18.8 (and that's using the Yahoo Sales number which I'm pretty sure is wrong). NSIL at $22 will still only have a P/S of 16.8. And NSIL is making money.

Some recent IPOs have performed poorly because they were overpriced to start with, NSIL will NOT have that problem
