You should know that that kind of compensation is not only abhorrent but is excessive and smells of heavy promotion and other suspect activities..Real Companies dont do that..4 You should direct your questions to the owner of that website and from what I understand ....Nothing has ever been posted on that site ..so anything posted on SI ..or raging bull or yahoo by Floydie is his own and in no way represents any other party

By the way.....wait til ZSUN gets His Discovery requests. I think he wants transfer records...ooops Ill bet you a sixpack of Diet Coke that ZSUN..loses the case or drops it...and the stock gets pummeled in the mean time ..right after Fahnstock is crushed on a little squeeze action.. Its a good bet...

Talk about lawsuits ole buddy, how about this one. You pump about 6 of James Tilton's companies, this deception should be very familiar to you. Hey chump, you can run but you cannot hide. The Commission's complaint also names as Defendants China Food and its chief executive officer, James C. Tilton (Tilton), and Trans-Global and one of its directors, Jacques Verhaak (Verhaak), but does not seek emergency relief against them. The Commission alleged that China Food, Tilton, Trans-Global and Verhaak issued the press releases prepared by DiMarco and Globus which they knew, or had reason to know, were false and have not corrected the false releases. Additionally, the Commission alleges, Trans-Global and Verhaak disseminated three other press releases in June 1999 falsely stating that the company had acquired or agreed to acquire valuable real estate in Florida.
