psix - i have been a fan of their growth internationally more than anything, and the ixc fiber deal which they've already converted to common stock to me psinet seems to be in that dangerous middle ground between an isp and a full-service voice/data carrier at this point i think it may take a lot more capital to continue to move ahead independently gross margins and cash flow to the right buyer would change the equation so it's either a facilities play for a buyer or psinet starts acquiring more isps and networks globally i could see a france telecom, bt or dt finding some value in psinet's assets bt still hasn't recovered from losing mci bt + sprint + psinet may make a global rival to at&t and mci worldcom
