Spark, I looked for SEC filings on IVOC and could find none. They must not be a fully-reporting company. OTC:BB is in the process of delisting non-reporting companies. The delisting is phased-in by alphabetical order. IVOC probably has several months before it must report or be delisted.

I browsed its website and could find no financial statements for the company their either.

Personally, I would steer clear of non-reporting OTC:BB companies with no financial statements.

Spark, a company that issues press releases every week and does not even file with the SEC is circumspect to me. A company that hypes $100 MM in a year or two but has barely any cash in the bank is doubly circumspect. You realize that even if they are break even, to generate $100 MM in sales you need at least $30 MM in working capital?

Without seeing any financial info on the company, I cannot come to a conclusion if these are worth anything, the frequent news releases are a good sign of a P&D operation. So, if you play it, be ready for the exit any moment or they will leave you holding the bag. If it is too good to be true....maybe it is not true...

BTW - IVOC has 20 active Market Makers in their stock, a very good sign!

Not necessarily. A scam that I got taken in by, IPMCF, collected a scad of Market Makers immediately after it spiked to its all time high. Well, most of them were interested in being Market Makers so they could short without having to borrow. They made tons of money as that shit-hole stock went to near zero and was delisted.

Fortunately, I dumped with only a small loss.
