Microcap, There is no law suit. Claude Levy, who is behind Gamble Magazine and Las Vegas Casino(the casino that refused to let people continue to use their open accounts, and refused to give refunds), has not filed the suit. The wire services pulled the story when they realized it was bogus. That is why you can no longer find the story except at Gamble Magazine, a tool of Levy's to promote his online casinos and to trash his competition. But then I believe you know all this. You are merely posting bad information to chase novice investors out of one of the better internet investments. I don't mind you shorting the stock, it provides liquidity and buying opportunities for traders. But when you try to take the moral high ground, I have to laugh. You trick novice investors into selling at a loss, because you are to lazy or too scared to use research to figure when a stock is going down. You hurt people. But it's a dog eat dog world, right?
