I know. I know. And he keeps trying to dump them on this thread. Fortunately no one is going for it.

DRBES, <pAUL has to find someone to sell the shares to that he, no doubt, is unloading.>
Just compiled a little research on Intel.
Insider sell-off for the last 12 months, from:
biz.yahoo.com

Officer shares sold left pocketed
--------------------------------------------
A.Grove ??? 160!
C.Barrett 1,400,000 840,000 $59M
A.Yu 493,000 271,000 $28M
P.Otellini 266,000 112,000 $13.9M
L.Vadasz 280,000 54,000 $12.6M
G.Moore 500,000 80 $20.9M
D.Yoffe 200,000 3,200 $8.7M
G.Parker 240,000 N/A $12M
M.Palevsky 428,000 215,000 $21.6M
A.Sodhani 139,000 239,000 $6.3M
A.Bryant 88,000 41,454 $5.1M
C.Young 45,000 900 $2.2M
T.Dunlap 210,000 228,220i $14.5M
S.Kaplan 40,000 41,200 $1.7M
A.Rock 600,000 10,900,000 $310M
--------------------------------------------
Numbers of sold shares were adjusted for splits.
Indirect holdings were not taken into account
as suspicious.

It follows that major Intel officers have
cashed out 50 - 70% of their stock holdings,
some (e.g. G.Moore - co-founder) totally
unloaded. The 60M for Barrett and 30M for
Yu seems to be a real necessity - the school
season is coming, need to buy some supply and
groceries of course :)
Any other observations or comments about the stock
prospects? I guess, only up and up...
